I have worked in Real Estate Industry for 7 years with some 15 years of experience in sales and account management prior.
PRDnationwide Hobart is one of Hobart’s most progressive Real Estate companies and I am excited to be selling on both sides of the river.
I understand how important trust, communication and honesty are and at all times will ensure clients receive complete professionalism and superior service.
I believe that anyone can sell a house but not anyone can be an experienced negotiator, many agents say they can negotiate but few can actually prove it. Negotiation skills can only be obtained by extensive training and experience. Every year I undertake training far above minimum industry standards, attend annual interstate conferences being addressed by the world’s top real estate agents and practitioners.
The key to success in Residential sales is excellent marketing, thorough follow-up, courtesy and careful consideration when giving advice to clients buying and selling real estate. I’m energetic, hard working, down to earth, focused, reliable, knowledgeable and a good communicator.
